What’s Not Covered

The only things not covered are:

Why I Offer a Lifetime Warranty
JB Lighters® started as a personal project after I retired — something I built because traditional lighters were difficult to use, hot, and unreliable, especially with arthritis in my hands.
I customized the design, the box, the felt carry bag, and the entire experience. I named the brand after my wife, Jonniann Butterfield, because cigars are part of our story — we met in a cigar lounge, got engaged in Havana, and married in a cigar lounge in Nashville.
This brand is personal. And I want every customer to feel the same confidence I do when I pick up my lighter.
