🔥 About JB Lighters®

A Love Story, A Cigar Lounge, and a Better Lighter

JB Lighters® isn’t named after me. It’s named after my wife — Jonniann Butterfield.

We met in a cigar lounge. We got engaged in Havana, Cuba. We got married in a large cigar lounge in Nashville, our home.

Cigars have always been part of our story. So when I set out to build a better lighter, it only made sense that it carried her initials.

Why I Built This Lighter

After decades of smoking cigars, I kept running into the same problem: torch lighters fail too often, spark wheels wear out, and cheap builds never last.

On top of that, I have arthritis in my hands — and the traditional friction‑based igniters were getting harder and harder to use. When I discovered a simple‑touch electric igniter, it immediately appealed to me. But I couldn’t find anyone selling these lighters in a way that felt premium, reliable, or personal.

So after I retired, I decided to do it myself.

I customized the lighter. I designed the box. I added the black‑felt carry bag. I created the lifetime warranty. And I put Jonniann’s initials on the front.

That’s how JB Lighters® was born.

A Smarter, More Thoughtful Lighter

I didn’t want to make a flashy gadget. I wanted to make a lighter that actually solves problems:

• Electric ignition that’s easy on the hands

• LED‑backlit igniter button for clarity and confidence

• LED butane level indicator so you always know your fuel

• Triple‑flame power for wind‑resistant reliability

• 5‑minute fast charging with a lithium battery that lasts a month

• Solid metal construction that feels like a luxury tool

• Lifetime warranty because honesty matters

This is a lighter built by someone who actually uses it — every day.

Honesty, Craftsmanship, and Real Reliability

Every lighter has a small chance of failure. I don’t hide that. I stand behind it.

If your lighter ever fails, I replace it. No forms. No hassle. No questions asked.

I personally oversee every production run, every design update, and every warranty replacement. This isn’t a big corporation. It’s a small, dedicated brand built with care, intention, and pride.

Thank You for Being Here

JB Lighters® started as a personal project — something I built for myself, my wife, and our cigar community. Today, it’s grown into a brand trusted by thousands of customers across the country.

Whether you’re lighting a cigar, a candle, or anything else, I hope this lighter brings you the same reliability and enjoyment it brings us.

If you ever need help, have a question, or want to share feedback, I’m here.
